Start in downward-facing dog. Bring your right knee forward and place it behind your right wrist. Lower your left leg down until your knee is resting on the floor. Keep your right heel pressed into the floor and your hips square. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.

5. **Butterfly Stretch:**

Sit on the floor with your knees bent and the soles of your feet together. Gently push your knees down towards the floor until you feel a stretch in your inner thighs and groin. Hold for 30 seconds.
