Unlock Your Full Body in SECONDS

Here's how to unlock your full body in seconds. Go 
next to a smooth wall. Reach overhead as much as   you can until you feel a really good stretch form 
in your back. You're going to deepen the stretch   now by allowing your chest to sag forward towards 
the wall. What we're going to do now to take this   one to the next level is bend our knees and 
then squat downward as much as we can while   keeping our hands on the wall, so we're just 
gliding down.

You're going to feel pretty much   all the muscles throughout the whole body start 
to activate. Hold this comfortably for 5 seconds.   Relax. On the next repetition, try to build into it 
just a little bit more. Repeat this 5 to 10 times..
