Unlock a Tight Groin in Seconds #Shorts

Here's how to unlock a tight groin in seconds. 
Lie flat on your back with your bottom as close   to a smooth wall as possible. Keep your legs 
straight at your knees. Press into the wall   with your heels, it's a little bit easier to 
do this exercise wearing socks. From there,   I'm going to press with my heels into the 
wall and then slide them downward towards   the floor, until I feel a very deep stretch in 
the inner part of my legs, going to my groin,   into my hips.

You want to hold this one comfortably 
for about 20 to 30 seconds. From there, you're just   going to relax, take a breather, and then repeat 
this three to five times. With each repetition,   try to go a little bit further with it. To take 
it to the next level, experiment with different   foot positions. So take your feet outwards like 
this and then repeat. You'll notice it hits the   muscles just a little bit differently.

Give it a 
try going inward also, but go through all of those   positions. If one works best for you, make a note 
of it and throw more repetitions in at that point..
