Here's how to unlock your hips in seconds. For 
this, one we need something long and sturdy.   A broomstick works, pvc pipe. If you don't 
have any of those, go out in the yard grab   a big stick. You're going to lie flat on 
your back, knee bent roughly at 90 degrees.   Take this stick, put it behind your knee. Hook it 
with your foot, take the end right here and go   out with it. What you'll notice is the further that 
you go out, the more that you're going to feel a   deep opening stretch into that hip. It helps 
put it into external rotation. Hold this one   comfortably for three to five seconds, relax, 
repeat up to 10 times and with each repetition   build into it just a little bit more. To take this 
one to the next level, we're going to take the end   right here and go inwards with it. This will put 
the hip into internal rotation, hitting it just a   little bit differently.

Again, three to five second 
hold. You're going to relax, repeat up to 10 times   and when you're done on one side, switch 
to the other to keep them both in balance..
