How to Fix Weak Hip Flexors #Shorts

Here's an easy exercise that you can do daily 
to strengthen your hip flexors. Lie flat on   your back in bed or on a floor, knees bent at 90 
degrees. Take your hands, overlap them, put them   over the top of one knee. Try to drive your knee 
towards your chest as much as you can but resist   against this movement. As you do this, you're 
really going to feel those hip flexors start   to fire.

Hold this comfortably for five seconds 
and then relax. This is how we're going to take   it to the next level and help strengthen the 
core which will, in turn, help support our hip   flexors. Take that knee, straighten it out 
like this. Lower your leg towards the floor   or the bed, but don't let your leg touch let it. 
Hover about an inch or two above. You'll really   feel those core muscles start to fire. Hold 
this for five seconds, relax, and then repeat   on the other side. You want to do this nice 
and slowly for 10 repetitions on both sides.
