elevated surface, one high enough where your foot   will not touch the floor. Take the stick, place it

the stick and press it inward. The more that you   do this, the more it's going to put the hip into 
internal rotation and you're going to feel a deep   stretch in the muscles around the hip.

to put the hip into external rotation. So take   the stick and take it outward as much as you can. 
Again, 20 to 30 seconds. Relax and then repeat this   one two to three times in both directions, and with

to the other side to keep everything in balance..
