2. **Standing quad stretch:** Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Step forward with your right leg and grab your right foot with your right hand. Pull your right heel towards your buttocks. Hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat on the other side.
3. **Psoas stretch:** Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Lift your right leg off the ground and bend your right knee at a 90-degree angle. Hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat on the other side.
4. **Butterfly stretch:** Sit on the ground with your feet together and your knees bent out to the sides. Slowly lower your knees towards the ground. Hold for 10-15 seconds.
5. **Pigeon stretch:** Start in a kneeling position with your right knee forward and your left knee back. Lower your right thigh towards the ground and slide your left leg back until you feel a stretch in your right hip flexor. Hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat on the other side.
