Here's the hockey dexterity extending routine:
Seated Piriformis Stretch (20-30 secs/leg).
Seated Glute Stretch (20-30 secs/leg).
Back Foot Raised Hip Flexor Stretch (10-12 per representative).
Iron Cross (10-15 reps/side).
